Topic of the morning knitting class after breakfast is : Basic Brioche. Nancy Marchants excelent book Knitting Brioche stitch inspired me to gather the basic technics and build this workshop. Have a look at Nancy's website: www.briochestitch.com .
If the weather is to warm to knit outside we will be knitting in the workroom were the temperature will be more pleasant.
Enjoy your lunch at the river banks.
Afterwards lunch there will be an enjoyable bike tour through the green scenery of the Swalm and the Maas valley.
This tour will take you to the city centre of Roermond.
You may wish to visit “Craft studio Filarte”. The remainder of time you are free to explore the shopping centre. You'll receive a shopping guide with discount tickets and a map of the city. And when your feet get tired join Miriam KIPping on the centre square terrace.
Enjoy a nice meal at a local restaurant of your own choice. (at your own account).
In the evening we suggest a visit to Stitch & Bitch Roermond in café ‘Willems.'
